A cosy little Victorian cottage ideally situated between central Leigh-on-Sea and Belfairs. From the very first moment we entered this building it felt like home. In the late 1950`s this building used to be a bakery so we are proud to bring old fashioned traditional baking back to the local community. The large bakery allows us to focus on supporting lots of local cafés, hotels & restaurants, but also gives us a fantastic space to run our baking school.

From the early morning dash for fresh sourdough to relaxing afternoons serving organic coffee and tea to go with a sweet delight from our patisserie, we are sure you will be coming back for more!

Our second shop due to open in early October is a stunning early 17th century timber framed building on 18 Baddow Road, Chelmsford.

We are very excited to announce the opening of our new shop in Baddow Road, Chelmsford.

The stunning early 17th century timber framed building was just perfect for an artisan bakery and patisserie and for us to further our successes. We are hoping to welcome everyone in early October however no date has been confirmed yet. Split over two floors we will be offering customers our award-winning sourdough, patisseries cakes, artisan coffee and an incredible dining experience.
